This should be on the surface of the document and can be given in the following form: “This instrument, prepared by NAME OF INDIVIDUAL, ADDRESS.” – The name of anyone who has performed the instrument must be printed, written or stamped readably on the instrument directly under the person`s signature. The full postal address of the person who performed the instrument must also be indicated. The name of the notary or other official entitled to receive must be printed, signed or stamped directly under the signature in a legible manner. This also applies to all witnesses.

The full name and postal address of the fellow should be included in the instrument. There is a penalty for non-payment of documentary stamps, z.B. if the purchase of tax stamps has not been properly affixed. The total price of the property must be indicated in a cover letter or document. Documents submitted for registration should not contain social security numbers or other personal identification numbers. If they are contained in a document, they must be edited before registration.
